ED Booklets

We design and supply Hospital Emergency Department / Accident & Emergency booklets in a variety of formats. They usually include a double sided tape to attach a laser printed patient detail sheet to the front and a pocket for other information such as test reports to be kept in.

As part of the design process we will make sure the layout is suitable for scanning to an electronic format for archiving purposes. We are able to stock and distribute the forms to multiple sites as required.
